Mary Mara, an actress recognized for her roles in ER and Regulation & Order, has died on the age of 61, her rep confirms to E! Information on June 27.
“Mary was one in 1,000,000—top-of-the-line actresses I ever met,” Mara’s supervisor, Craig Dorfman, mentioned in an announcement. “I noticed her for the primary time off-Broadway in 1992 in Mad Forest and she or he was electrifying. She was distinctive, wickedly humorous and a beautiful lady who can be missed.”
Mara was discovered lifeless on June 26 after a suspected drowning incident whereas swimming within the St. Lawrence River, in keeping with a New York State Police press launch. Authorities mentioned within the launch that Mara’s physique confirmed no indicators of foul play.
